Profile Assessments
You can choose from either the Strengths Profile assesssment or the Leadership Growth Profile (LGP) depending on your requirements.
A Strengths Profile assessment involves a survey plus 90 minute debrief and will help
Develop a deep understanding of your true uniqueness so you can get to work on developing strengths that match your goals
Understand how the Strengths Families influence what drives you and build better relationships from the knowledge
Make better life and career decisions through deeper confidence and clarity
Build resilience by acknowledging weaknesses and how to use strengths to compensate
The LGP provides all the tools, coaching, and practices you need to grow as a leader who delivers great performance, great learning, and a great workplace. The LGP has a number of tiers - Bronze, Silver and Gold - depending on what support you need. The 360 survey looks at behaviours and then produces a report on Red Zone and Green Zone behaviours and your Leadership Growth Profile.
