About me
Founded in social justice, my purpose in life is to make a difference - for leaders, their teams and their organisations.
I use my deep and broad experience as a leader to build up For-Purpose organisations and the people within them.
I have worked extensively in the social justice and community sectors, with my contributions as the CEO of the Refugee Advice and Casework Service being recognised in 2018, when I co-won the AFR 100 Women of Influence, Social Enterprise and NFP award.
As a consultant, I have:
partnered with boards to develop impact strategies
developed communication and fundraising strategies
supported diverse organisations with advice and project delivery on advocacy, strategy, community engagement, leadership and fundraising
built a model for a social enterprise to assist young people at risk of homelessness achieve greater independence
Coaching is a natural fit.

My extensive and deep experience is a foundation for my transformational coaching.

My happy place is camping at Depot Beach and planning the next travel adventure.
Family is my joy, and that includes my 2 labradors.
